Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic 

The WOMC provides comprehensive care to active duty service members, including National Guard and Reserve members on active-duty orders. 

Services Provided 

WOMC manages outpatient health concerns and duty-related concerns, such as: 

  • Profiles (duty, mobility, and fitness restrictions) 
  • Shaving waivers 
  • Referral request/medication renewals 
  • Convalescent leave/quarters 

Acute Appointments 

Acute appointments are for non-life-threatening illnesses. Please call the appointment line at 316-759-6300, option 1, to request a same-day appointment, if available. After hours, members may utilize TRICARE network urgent care centers with authorization by calling the MHS Nurse Advice Line at 800-TRICARE (874-2273) and selecting option 1. You must receive a prior authorization to go to an urgent care or you will incur a bill. If needing to be seen urgently (non-emergency), search to book appointments online via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

If the issue is a threat to life, limb, or eyesight, go to the nearest emergency room or call 911.  

Routine Appointments 

Routine appointments are for present illnesses not causing severe symptoms, such as: 

  • Follow-up care for chronic issues 
  • Referral requests 
  • Medication concerns 

Routine appointments may be booked by calling the appointment line at 316-759-6300, option 1, or through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

You may also call the appointment line at 316-759-6300, option 1, during duty hours. 

New Referral:

Medication Renewal:
